We seek a passionate and results-driven Career Specialist / Academic Counsellor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in guiding prospective students and their parents through the educational journey, offering insights into our products/services and assisting them in making informed decisions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Consultation Calls:

·         Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents, adhering to established guidelines.

·         Engage in meaningful conversations to understand their educational goals and aspirations.

 

Product/Service Promotion:

·         Introduce and promote our company's products and services, emphasising their unique features and benefits.

·         Provide comprehensive information to potential customers.

 

Lead Qualification:

·         Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their interests and academic needs.

·         Customise recommendations based on individual requirements.

 

Objection Handling:

·         Handle objections professionally and provide accurate information to address customer inquiries.

·         Effectively communicate the value proposition of our educational offerings.

 

Product Knowledge:

·         Maintain a high level of product knowledge to communicate features and benefits effectively.

·         Stay updated on new courses, programs, and educational opportunities.

 

Record Keeping:

·         Keep accurate records of interactions, customer details, and call outcomes in the CRM system.

·         Utilise data for analysis and future outreach strategies.

 

Lead Follow-Up:

·         Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.

·         Implement strategies to maintain engagement and interest.

 

Sales Targets:

·         Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.

·         Implement strategies to maximise conversion rates.

 

Compliance Adherence:

·         Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and ethical standards.

·         Follow established processes at each stage of interaction.

 

Training and Development:

·         Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.

·         Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

 

Qualifications:

·         Proven experience as a tele-caller, field sales, or similar sales role.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

·         Familiarity with CRM software and calling tools is a plus.

·         Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

·         Freshers, B.Com, BBA, B.Tech, MBA, or relevant certifications are a plus.

·         Knowledge of MS Office is a plus.

·         Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of other regional languages is essential based on the job location.
